What we store from Facebook

If you use Continue with Facebook, we receive your Facebook user ID and first name so we can pre-fill your name on later visits. We store that ID and first name on our server, and also keep a signed session cookie in your browser for the current visit.

How to delete your data

1. On this site: open any question and choose Sign out. That clears your Facebook session and remembered name from this browser.
2. Via Facebook: go to Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, find Question Timeline, and remove it. Facebook may then call our automated deletion callback.
3. By email: write to privacy@questiontimeline.com and ask us to delete any Facebook-related data we hold for you.

Automated Meta callback

Meta can POST deletion requests to this same URL. When that happens we log the request, clear any associated Facebook identifiers we hold, and return a confirmation code you can check here:
